Corporate Planning's mission and main objectives are the creation of Mid-Term Plans and setting the strategic directions to be proposed to the Executive level. It also works to understand competitors' strategy and lead Environmental Strategy & Planning activities in Europe. Responsibilities include development of business proposals (incl. evaluation tools) in areas of : market strategy, business feasibility studies, organizational development, financial viability assessment, support negotiations with partners.
