INTRODUCTION
Customer Quality and Dealer Network Development (CQ&DND) defines and deploys the Nissan strategy related to its network of retailers. The department also manages all the programmes and initiatives that guarantee the quality of the service offered to each Nissan customer.

The main activities run within the department are: Set up of dealer network : geo-marketing studies, dealer network structuring and implementation, expansion and restructuring plans, partners selection.
